BVL Seminar – Risk Management in Logistics
International supply networks, complex process structures as well as natural disasters and political crises can hamper a flawless and efficient supply chain. In such an environment, the time pressure to act increases when a disruption occurs, while the reaction time available decreases. Within this tension, sustainable risk management is an effective instrument for ensuring decision-making ability and reducing the impact of disruptions.
In the two-day BVL Management Seminar – Risk Management in Logistics – ITCL GmbH, together with its partner PSI Logistics GmbH, will present solutions and tools for the phases of risk management – risk identification, risk assessment, measure generation and measure monitoring – and have them tested in group work. The seminar follows the change from theoretical knowledge transfer and practical application of what has been learned previously for use in your own company. In the last part of the seminar, the participants work on a practical case study, in the selection of which they play a decisive role.
